Eleisha joined the Willowtree Planning team in early 2019 to assist with operations in Queensland. Eleisha has over eight years of planning experience within the private sector. During such time, Eleisha has been involved in the various facets of the development approval process.
Eleisha’s expertise ranges from preliminary due diligence and site assessments, preparation and coordination of development applications, negotiating development approvals and final compliance assessment. Eleisha’s past and current portfolio of projects include commercial and mixed use precincts, residential and master planned subdivision, low, medium and high density residential development, retirement living, industrial, educational establishments and environmental permits and compliance.
Since relocating from Townsville to the Gold Coast in 2015, Eleisha has quickly become accustomed with the rapid growth of South East Queensland and is passionate about achieving quality planning outcomes for her home State.

Development of 6 Ivory Crescent, Tweed Heads
Last week saw the Tweed Shire Council Planning Committee vote in favour of the development of 6 Ivory Crescent, Tweed Heads, to provide a residential flat building, comprising 14 adaptable units with panoramic views of the Tweed River.
