Sophie Litherland

Associate

 

Sophie joined Willowtree Planning in September, 2020, and has over 10 years experience in both Local Government and private practise. Sophie has an extensive statutory background in infrastructure projects including health and educational developments. She has a detailed understanding of Local Government processes including implementation of the EP&A Act, 1979 and related planning policy such as State Planning Policies, Local Environmental Plans and Development Control Plans. She has prepared numerous reports for presentation to and consideration by Council’s and/or the Local Planning Panel, as well as representing Council in the Land & Environment Court. Sophie’s technical planning knowledge and project management skills have assisted in the delivery of number developments including health, education, commercial, residential and industrial.
