Craig Niles is a planner with 25 years’ experience leading teams on urban development and infrastructure projects, specialising in statutory/strategic planning, planning policy, master planning, smart cities, impact assessment and approvals. Craig has a long history of leading large multi-disciplinary teams of specialists delivering complex infrastructure and development projects for public and private clients. He brings meticulous attention to detail and strong project leadership skills across a range of sectors.
Craig has an excellent understanding of the issues associated with development in urban and regional areas. His project experience includes planning frameworks, land use structure planning, development controls, impact assessment, rezoning proposals, development feasibility and concept design, transport infrastructure and a range of environmental assessment and approvals projects. Utilising his extensive technical and leadership skills, multi-disciplinary and urban development experience, Craig is ideally suited to leading teams delivering complex multi-disciplinary development, strategy, design and innovation projects.
