Responsible for managing the overall State Significant Development Application process from end to end. This involved extensive authority consultation and negotiation, input into design evaluation and coordination and approval strategy to achieve a successful outcome. The application was the first submitted and approved in the newly created Mamre Road Precinct in 2019 and paved the way for the planning framework evolution in the precinct.
