Macarthur Health Precinct Stage 2

Provided statutory planning and SSD advisory services for a new $68 million health facility in Campbelltown, known as Macarthur Health Precinct Stage 2. Working closely with Northwest Healthcare, our team managed complex stakeholder navigation and regulatory processes, ensuring the project met both local and state planning requirements. The proposal included the construction and operation of a health services facility, including short stay surgical hospital and medical office building with supporting health services, and forms part of the Campbelltown health and Innovation precinct.

Our role included upfront feasibility, site strategy, SSD application preparation, and planning coordination with relevant state agencies. The result: a high-value health asset with approval certainty and a clear delivery pathway.
