Bayview Development – Northern Beaches Council

Willowtree Planning are pleased to announced a great result with Northern Beaches Council, approving a new dwelling house and boatshed in Bayview in under 3 months.

A fantastic design by Giles Tribe Architects which responded skilfully to the existing streetscape, providing expansive, high functioning indoor and outdoor spaces whilst also preserving the water views across the site to the rear. The application was a seamless process made possible by productive and open pre-lodgement discussions between Council, the client and all relevant consultants.
