During the month of June Willowtree Planning, attended Community Information Sessions for the future Parry’s Cove Marina in Tea Gardens. A Planning Proposal is currently being prepared on behalf of Sheargold which will seek to rezone a parcel of land in Tea Gardens adjoining the Myall River to allow for a future mixed-use development, comprising a marina, which will be accessible to the wider community and tourist / visitor groups.

After a long assessment process, Willowtree Planning is pleased to announce that the Inner West Local Planning Panel has approved the expansion of Christian Brothers’​ High School, Lewisham into the adjoining residential property via a change of use DA.

A big congratulations to Trinity Grammar School for receiving development consent from the IPC for the redevelopment of the school campus. The consent includes the development of three new school buildings, refurbishment works, reconfiguration of the school’s underground car parking and associated landscaping works.

Willowtree Planning is thrilled to have assisted Santa Sabina College in gaining development approval for the Stage 4, 4.55 Modification Application to facilitate the revitalisation of the Siena Hall.
