Led the preparation of a Development Application to transform a disused and under utilised ice works building into a vibrant new restaurant in Wynnum. Working closely with Lipke, the project enhances local activation and adaptive reuse outcomes, supporting the revitalisation of the surrounding area while navigating heritage and planning considerations.
