The proposal sought to facilitate more than 300,000sqm of industrial and logistics floor area with amenities. The project required extensive negotiation with external agencies including Fairfield City Council, Transport for NSW and NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure to secure infrastructure upgrades for future development.
