Liverpool Private Hospital

Provided planning advice and strategy, including the preparation of a Planning Proposal to support the rezoning of land for the development of a new private hospital. The proposal sought to increase the permissible building height and floor space ratio, enabling the delivery of expanded health infrastructure within the Liverpool health and innovation precinct. Our role included coordinating with council and stakeholders to guide the project through the strategic planning process.
