Liverpool Quarter

The proposal included Construction of a 23 storey commercial building including the conservation and adaptive reuse of the existing heritage listed commercial Hotel, ground floor retail spaces and the demolition of existing structures. Willowtree Planning was responsible for leading the application process, gaining exemption from the Government Architects office for to complete a design competition and managing all interface with Council.
