Provided strategic planning and SSD advisory services for a new seniors housing development. Working closely with Uniting, our team managed complex stakeholder navigation and regulatory processes, ensuring the project met both local and state planning requirements. The development revitalises ageing and underutilised seniors infrastructure to create a unique and special place that supports older people and the wider community. It will offer contemporary housing, aged care and health and wellness services within a welcoming urban oasis that promotes social connection, communal spaces and landscaped areas.
