Asher Richardson

Associate

Asher joined Willowtree Planning as a Senior Town Planner in July 2022, having gained over 12 years planning experience in the public sector across NSW, in both a metropolitan and regional context. Asher has experience in a diverse range of projects including development approvals, land use, and policy planning with a particular focus on development assessment at the local planning level. Asher also has extensive experience as a planning expert witness in the Land and Environment Court of NSW.

In 2014, Asher completed the Bachelor of Planning at the University of NSW, graduating with Honours. Asher is also a current student of the Master of Urban Design at The University of Sydney.

Asher has a keen interest in professional development, having completed various short courses with the Planning Institute of Australia including ‘Planning for Bushfire Protection’, ‘Insights into the LEC’ and ‘Getting the most out of S34 Conferences’.
