Managed the end-to-end process for a State Significant Development Application for the first approved multi-level warehouse in Western Sydney, now constructed and operational. Our role included leading authority consultation and negotiations, shaping the approval strategy, and providing input into design evaluation and coordination to support a successful outcome for this landmark industrial project.
