Amy Vaughan is an Associate Director at Willowtree Planning, bringing over 15 years of experience in town planning across both public and private sectors in Australia and Ireland.

With deep expertise in strategic and statutory planning, Amy has led the delivery of major projects across commercial, mixed-use, and public domain sectors. Prior to joining Willowtree, Amy held senior roles at Knight Frank Town Planning, where she progressed to Principal Strategic Planner and was instrumental in guiding complex developments through all stages of the approvals process.

Amy’s early career included roles with the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust, as well as leading planning consultancies in Dublin. She is known for her clear, practical approach, strong client relationships, and ability to balance commercial outcomes with planning integrity.

At Willowtree, Amy plays a key leadership role in mentoring staff, managing projects of scale and complexity, and delivering planning advice that supports purposeful, long-term outcomes for clients and communities alike.
