Lake Macquarie Fair Mount Hutton Redevelopment 

This project involved the a Shopping Centre Redevelopment including demolition of Existing Coles and Construction Of New Coles and Specialty Shops. The project sought to revitalise the existing centre and provide high quality offerings for the residents of Lake Macquarie. Willowtree Planning was responsible for leading the development application process, negotiations with Council and the Regional Planning Panel.
