Parry’s Cove Marina – Sheargold Group

During the month of June Willowtree Planning, attended Community Information Sessions for the future Parry’s Cove Marina in Tea Gardens. A Planning Proposal is currently being prepared on behalf of Sheargold which will seek to rezone a parcel of land in Tea Gardens adjoining the Myall River to allow for a future mixed-use development, comprising a marina, which will be accessible to the wider community and tourist / visitor groups.

The Proposal envisages an outcome that revitalises the area, by creating a sense of place and wellbeing for its future users. The Community Information Sessions served as a gateway to listen and hear the community’s views, whilst informing and educating the participants about the process, vision and pathway ahead.
