Willowtree Planning provided SSD advisory for the $130 million expansion of Lake Macquarie Private Hospital. Working closely with Uniting, our team managed complex stakeholder navigation and regulatory processes, ensuring the project met both local and state planning requirements. The development revitalises the existing hospital by creating 160 new beds, a new medical tower, modern theatres, consulting suits and improved emergency access.

Our role included upfront feasibility, site strategy, SSD application preparation, and planning coordination with relevant state agencies.
