Over Station Development – Site B Crows Nest

The proposal includes ground floor retail and commercial tenancies, basement car parking, and approximately 130 residential apartments above the station podium. This transit-oriented development forms a key part of the broader precinct renewal, delivering new housing, services, and public amenity directly connected to Sydney’s expanding metro network.
