Prepared and managed the Development Application for the Oxley Ridge Tavern, a key community asset within the Oxley Ridge master planned estate. Our role included coordinating with the project team and relevant authorities to ensure the proposal aligned with planning controls and supported the delivery of a high-quality hospitality and social venue for the growing local community.
