UFC Gym, Gold Coast

Provided town planning services to prepare, lodge, and secure development approval for an indoor sport and recreation facility to accommodate UFC Gym in Molendinar on the Gold Coast. The project involved the adaptive reuse of an existing industrial building, supporting the delivery of a high-performance fitness centre in line with local planning requirements and community demand.
