The Land and Environmental Court – Earlwood
Willowtree Planning are pleased to announce a hard fought win in the The Land and Environment Court of NSW for the removal of one (1) tree and replacement planting of two (2) trees in Earlwood. The judgment found that the removal of the existing tree, which is in poor health and unsuitably located, will facilitate more appropriate replacement planting. In turn the judgement will allow for future redevelopment of the site to assist in meeting the housing demands of the Canterbury-Bankstown LGA and wider NSW.
