Guided by more than 15 years’ experience as a town planner in the private and public sectors, Chris is responsible for the management of the planning businesses and technical operations in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.

Andrew joined Willowtree Planning as a Senior Associate in September 2015, before becoming a Director in 2016. He’s been involved in town planning for over 10 years, operating in Metropolitan Sydney and regional areas of New South Wales, with involvement in large-scale residential, health, industrial and commercial projects.

Ben joined Willowtree Planning in April 2023 as Director in our existing Brisbane office, and is responsible for the delivery of projects, liaison with authorities and business development. Ben has nearly 15 years experience in property development and town planning. Ben has worked in a range of different roles including, Project Director, General Manager - Developments and Manager – Acquisitions and Analysis.

Andrew joined Willowtree Planning in April 2023 as Director and is responsible for the delivery of projects, liaison with authorities and business development. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the Private and Local Government sectors as a Town Planner. Andrew has worked in a range of different roles including, Executive Manager – Strategic & Place Planning, Manager of Planning and Assessment and Urban Land release.

Stephanie is lead of Willowtree Communications and is responsible for government relations, community engagement, social planning and strategic communications. Stephanie brings over 25 years’ experience gained in private and public sectors and has a deep understanding of strategic planning opportunities and challenges and the important role of engagement in the delivery of outcomes. She has been recognised for both her technical ability in strategic planning and collaborative approach by the Planning Institute of Australia, being named NSW Planner of the Year (2019) for her work on metropolitan planning for Greater Sydney.

Vidhya joined Willowtree Planning as an Associate in March 2022 and was promoted to Associate Director in September 2023. Vidhya is a Town Planner with over six years of experience and specialises in statutory and strategic planning matters.

Charlotte joined Willowtree Planning as a Senior Planner in September 2023. Charlotte has over six years’ experience working for private consultancies in New Zealand.
