Willowtree Planning provided statutory planning services for the preparation and management of a major modification to the existing Project Approval under the former Part 3A provisions. The project required significant re-design and recalibration of the site planning to suit the operator (Ramsay Health Care). Extensive negotiation and consultation was required with numerous external stakeholders, including Wollongong City Council and Transport for NSW.
