Residential Flat Building – Pennant Hills
Willowtree Planning, working alongside Jackson Teece, have obtained development consent for a mixed-use development comprising shop top housing and a residential flat building.
Located at 370 Pennant Hills Road, Pennant Hills, the development seeks to revitalise the site and provide a contemporary residential offering, in co-existence with the existing heritage item.
The development application relied on the provisions under clause 5.10(10) of the Hornsby LEP to achieve permissibility through the implementation of heritage conservation measures.
