Alyse joined Willowtree Communications in 2026 as Director, Communications and Engagement, bringing more than 14 years of experience delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement across the planning and infrastructure sectors.

Alyse is responsible for the Willowtree Communications business and is committed to supporting clients through an integrated service offering that strengthens collaboration, alignment, and project delivery outcomes.

Throughout her career, Alyse has partnered with public and private sector clients including Transport for NSW, the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, WaterNSW, the Department of Defence and Greater Western Water. She has extensive experience developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies that support complex projects through planning, design and construction.

Prior to joining Willowtree Communications, Alyse led Communications and Stakeholder Engagement across Australia for a global engineering consultancy, building a national team and service offering.

Known for her ability to translate complex technical information into clear, meaningful messages, Alyse works closely with clients to deliver tailored engagement solutions that build understanding, trust and positive project outcomes.
