Congratulations to our client Dexus, on receiving operative development consent for their new industrial estate – Circuit 7 – at Glendenning in Western Sydney, designed by Watson Young Architects.
Located in a key urban logistics hub with immediate access to major road networks, including the M7 Motorway, the Circuit.7 project will include three buildings comprising 10 premium warehouse and ancillary office units, with an estimated capital investment value of around $79 million.
