Willowtree Planning have obtained development consent from the Sydney Central Planning Panel on behalf of Opal Healthcare for a Residential Aged Care Community to accommodate 160 residents, at 235-237 Marsden Road, Carlingford.
The development provides for a state-of-the-art residential care community that will rejuvenate the existing site through exceptional architectural and landscape outcomes. Lodged under the provisions of the former Seniors Housing SEPP, the collaboration and perseverance was unwavering, to navigate the hurdles presented along the way and respond to our client’s objectives.
The development will set a benchmark for aged care in Western Sydney and we can’t wait to see the final product.
