Penrith North Precinct

Willowtree Planning is pleased to announce that the Penrith Local Planning Panel has approved the expansion of an existing cold storage facility including a new warehouse and storage shed within the Penrith North Precinct.

A variation to the maximum building height was approved thanks to a well considered and responsive design prepared by Vaughan Constructions. Despite the significant flood affections of the site, the additional building height will facilitate the effective expansion of the existing operation of the site for cold food storage.
