Willowtree Planning, working alongside Erilyan Pty Ltd have received approval from the Independent Planning Commission (IPC) on behalf of Ramsay Health Care for State Significant Development Application SSD-17899480 at Wentworthville.
The approval includes a four-storey extension to the existing stage 1 clinic building that will be used for mental health services, with a Capital Investment Value of +$35 Million.
Exhibited initially in February 2022, the consultant team displayed unwavering perseverance to obtain this approval, which serves to provide much needed mental health services to Western Sydney.
