Curtis Goode

Curtis Goode is a Director at Willowtree Planning with over 18 years of experience across strategic and urban planning, bringing deep expertise in strategic education planning, demographic analysis, property acquisition, capital grant applications, and geospatial research to every project he leads.

Based in Willowtree’s Brisbane office, Curtis leads the delivery of education projects across Queensland, a focus shaped in part by his time as Manager of Planning and Facilities at Brisbane Catholic Education, where he developed a rare ability to align infrastructure planning with genuine educational outcomes. Through active involvement in leadership programs, committees, and working groups, he continues to contribute to initiatives that enhance student wellbeing, support growth, and expand opportunity across the sector.

Curtis brings analytical rigour and strategic clarity to complex problems, and is committed to delivering solutions that support organisational growth, community development, and long-term success. He holds a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland, graduating with Honours.
