Andrew Pigott

Andrew joined Willowtree Planning in April 2023 as Director and is responsible for the delivery of projects, liaison with authorities and business development. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the Private and Local Government sectors as a Town Planner.
Andrew has worked in a range of different roles including, Executive Manager – Strategic & Place Planning, Manager of Planning and Assessment and Urban Land release. Andrew is a skilled negotiator, accustomed to dealing with complex issues subject to a high level of political sensitivity and public scrutiny. Andrew is adept at building rapport with stakeholders, working collaboratively across organisations and handling technical and complex issues with diplomacy and skill.
Andrew has experience in a diverse range of projects including land use and strategic policy planning, structure planning, place planning, planning proposals, LEPs, DCPs, urban land release, brownfield redevelopment, affordable housing, infrastructure planning, State Significant Developments, residential, mixed use, industrial, commercial, retail, aged care and education developments and as an Expert Witness in the NSW Land & Environment Court.
